Master’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field from a reputable HEC recognized University. OR FCA / FCCA / ICAEW.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting in the public or private sector. Relevant experience of management of a public sector and/or donor-funded program will be preferred
Job Responsibilities
Ensure effective and accurate financial resources management and oversight of PforR component.
Prepare annual Budget on the basis of Work Plans.
Implement operational strategies and procedures.
Ensure budget management and Stronge internal controls of PforR accounts
Ensure close financial monitoring of the sub recipient and other implementing partners.
Prepare annual and quarterly disbursement forecasts for PforR components of the program in line project’s procurement plan and work plan.
Oversee and execute tasks related to PforR finance relevant components.
Prepare financial statements of the PforR component of PAHP and submit for consolidation of PAHP annual financial statements.
Improve financial reporting and controls of implementing agencies/PHATA.
Prepare budgets of schemes to be funded by PAHP.
Support PHATA in implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) / Financial manuals and meet reporting requirements
