Assistant Manager Administration
Job Description

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration/ Public Administration. A higher degree will be preferred. 

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Admin

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinating day-to-day operations, such as scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Manage HR related matters of PMIU staff including personal files, leave record, attendance system etc
  • Maintain stock register, fixed asset register and other admin related records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain logbooks of official vehicles and ensure proper functioning.
  • Any other task given by Manager Admin / Financial management specialist.
