Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University. Registration with PEC.
- A master’s degree or certification in Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) is desirable
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the related field preferably in the Heritage Impact Assessment & Conservation/restoration of heritage sites & monuments. Knowledge of Heritage laws and regulations in Pakistan is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct heritage impact assessments for projects affecting heritage sites.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to mitigate adverse environmental or any impacts on cultural heritage.
- Collaborate with conservation teams to integrate environmental considerations into heritage site management.
- Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with heritage regulations.
- Any other duty assigned by higher Authority.
