Job Responsibilities

• • Monitor the organization’s compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
  • Providing support to the Assistant Manager Monitoring & LF WB.
  • Daily conducting visits for Site Inspections to monitor different activities of waste management operations and preparation of accurate and evidence-based reports.
  • Checking on ground service delivery as per defined KPIs.
  • Daily checking of deployed resources of contractor.
  • Daily recording of compliance of KPIs for reporting purpose.
  • Generating incident reports.
  • Collecting data regarding compliant redressal and feedback.
  • Preparing daily reports for Assistant manager.
  • Ensuring on ground deployment of resources at TCP, Weigh bridge & dumpsite etc. and ensure compliance as per KPIs.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with codes of conduct, including the behavior of elected members, employees, or board members.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on compliance issues, potential risks, and corrective actions.
  • Recommend strategies to mitigate risks and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Help ensure that the organization’s operations do not expose it to unnecessary legal or reputational risks.
  • Assist to AM for Administer day-to-day operational activities of zones i.e., waste collection, manual sweeping, transportation and safe disposal in respective / assigned areas.
  • Visiting in assigned zones on a daily basis to check the overall sanitation condition of the assigned area, workers’ attendance, uniform, waste containers etc.
  • Assist to AM to administer android phone-based attendance of sanitary workers and other field staff.
  • Ensure redressal of all complaints registered in complaint management system in shortest possible time.
  • Administer open plot clearance operations (Special focus to anti-dengue).
  • Assist seniors regarding action plans for waste collection on special events such as Eid, Christmas, Muharam, Monsoon Season, anti-dengue etc.
  • Ensure that field operational team achieves their targets in the respective / assigned areas.
  • Responsible for recommending higher management about planning and designing of operational activity(ies) in respective/assigned area(s).
  • Responsible for close collaboration with local community in assigned area(s).
  • Responsible for efficient management of operational vehicle(s) in coordination with transport department to perform assigned activity(ies).
  • Responsible for the implementation of SGWMC operational policy(ies) in assigned area(s)
  • Any other task/assignment given by management.
