Master’s in Computer Sciences, IT, Software Engineering, GIS Development, or related field from a reputable HEC recognized University

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in systems development, GIS development, programming, information technology, and/or big data analytics.

Oversee and ensure quality of the systems design of all the equipment and software’s which are developed under PAHP.
Draft TORs for engagement of the IT firm carrying out the development of BMIS, PMIS and HMIS systems.
Technically manage all the android and software development, maintenance, deployment activities of the project.
Ensure the development of protocols for the dashboards and other data sharing dashboard for stakeholders and android applications.
Develop detailed timeline for each component’s release and implement effective project control by monitoring the progress of the Management information Systems, reporting their status to the Project Director.
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the systems development.
Prepare training and capacity building modules for HMIS, PMIS and BMIS for PHATA Employees.
Ensure timely processing of APHS schemes as per rules and regulations.
Develop GRM dashboard for effective grievance management and redressal.
